Unlike all other Smallfry reds this is made offsite and so has been innoculted with yeast (as opposed to natural, wild yeast ferments for all other wines). It’s made from the same biodynamcally grown fruit off the sandy old Vine Vale vineyard and just delicious with plum soaked dark fruit a whiff of vanilla and soft, fine tannins. Very Barossan in style but with the elegance from those sandy soils.
