Grapes for this were sourced from Brian Freeman’s vineyard in Hilltops, near Young in southern NSW.
Fermented with natural yeasts then basket pressed into old French oak where it rested for a year. Minimal suplhur added.
It was made in in an old car assembly warehouse in Marrickville, Sydney. We like to think of it as a garage wine.
It’s medium weight, bright and juicy with flavours of red cherries and blackberries. Drink with gusto. If you can find him.
